Trust is a member of the Firm’s Litigation/Arbitration and Labour/Industrial Relations Practice Groups. He is a consummate and dynamic legal practitioner with sound trial and advocacy skills, and is passionate about courtroom practice.

He ensures due diligence in meeting organizational goals and increasing profitability.

Notable achievements

• Led the team that successfully prosecuted a suit against Guiness Nigeria Plc on behalf of a staff whose employment contract was wrongly terminated and obtained judgment in the sum of N52Million.
• Part of the team that successfully prosecuted a suit against a State Government on behalf of a client whose land was forcefully acquired by the Government and obtained consent judgment in the sum of N300Million.
• Part of the team that successfully prosecuted a suit against a construction company on behalf of a client whose property was demolished and obtained judgment in the sum of N36Million.
• Part of the team that successfully defended a client in a N150Million claim bordering on land.
• Part of the team currently representing Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited in a N4,000,000,000,000.00 (Four Trillion Naira) suit filed against it by a host community in Rivers State.
• Part of the team currently representing SPDC, Total Energies, Indorama Eleme Fertilizer Limited, NLNG, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Daewoo and Access Bank before various courts in Nigeria.

Personal interests

Trust enjoys watching football, seeing movies, listening to music and spending time with family. He is also an active advocate of a fair and just society and uses his spare time to propagate these ideals to people.
