Notable achievements

• Part of the legal team that successfully represented a client in court in a Fundamental Rights Enforcement action that saw the addition to the Nigerian Legal jurisprudence, the recognition of the breach of personal data rights by a financial institution, as a breach of the Fundamental Right to Private and Family Life, leading to the award of N15,000,000 as damages for its breach, in favour of the client.
• Successfully representing NetcoDietsmann Company Limited at the Industrial Arbitration Panel with respect to a highly contentious Trade Union dispute.
• A member of the team that successfully defended clients with regards to tax claims bordering on a potential tax liability worth over the sum of N42,000,000
• Part of the team that provided advisory services to a client with respect to the execution of construction contracts bordering on the setting up of Eat N’ Go Limited outlets in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria.
• Part of the team that advised a client on the provision of Internal Lifting Tools (ILT) with regards to the Ikike Oil Feld Development project by Total E & P Nig. Ltd.
• A member of the legal team that provided advisory to a client on its provision of Engineering, Procurement, Installment, Commissioning services centered on a community electrification Interdependency project to a multinational oil company worth over the sum of US $1,400,000.
