Chibuike is a member of the Litigation/Arbitration Practice Group and an enthusiastic go-getter who derives fulfilment in meeting clients’ legal needs.
He is an experienced legal advisor, negotiator and litigator in areas such as commercial litigation, oil spill disputes, labour/industrial litigation, criminal litigation, recovery, regulatory compliance and taxation. His experience and skills in these areas have played a major role in the growth of the Firm and helping us go above and beyond the expectations of clients.

Notable achievements
  • Representing indigenous oil companies in oil spill litigation, including Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited and Eroton Exploration and Production Company Nigeria Limited
  • Successfully defended clients such as Notore Chemicals Industries Limited, Chevron Nigeria Limited, and Lubrik Construction Company Limited in general litigation and labour/industrial matters before various Nigerian courts
  • Successfully represented clients such as ChampionX Oil Field Solutions Nig. Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc., and Lubrik Construction Company Limited in the amicable resolution of multi-million naira suits
  • Representing diverse clients in regulatory and taxation matters before various governmental agencies
  • Part of the team managing a major telecommunication company’s litigation portfolio
