Happiness is an Associate in our Litigation/Arbitration Practice Group where she actively represents clients in a wide range of matters, particularly commercial, labour and civil disputes.

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­She obtained her LL.B. from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University in 2019 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2021.

She is an alumna of Nnamdi Azikiwe University and graduated top of her class with a Second Class Upper Division.

Notable achievements

• Key member of the team that successfully represented a multi-national chemical company in the execution and recovery of a total Judgment sum of over $600,000 awarded as indemnity upon successful prosecution of an insurance claim.
• Member of the team that has successfully represented several oil and gas companies at sundry levels of litigation involving complex commercial disputes arising from petroleum exploration and production activities, construction, mining and labour relations.
• Member of the team that has provided advisory services to national and transnational corporate clients on new legislations as it concerns their services, ensuring regulatory compliance.
