Princess is an Associate in our Corporate/Commercial, Data Protection and Taxation/Corporate Governance Practice Groups. She provides company secretarial services and legal compliance and business advisory services to local and international clients, spanning areas such as Banking, Real Property, Insurance Oil and Gas, Tax, Maritime, Foreign Investment etc.

She obtained her LL.B from University of Calabar, and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 2021.

Notable achievements

• Member of the Data Protection team that carried out Data Audit for SPDC, Nextpayday Limited, KOA Oil and Gas Limited, IGPES Gas & Power Limited and Interglobal Procurement Engineering Services Limited.
• Member of the Data Protection Team currently handling Data Protection Annual audits for several clients.
• Member of the team that handled the negotiation for the Dr. Peter Odili Cardiovascular Cancer Centre, Rumuokwuta, and the Mother and Child Care Hospital, Rumuomasi.
• Member of the team that handles several company secretarial instructions for various clients.

Personal interests

In her spare time, Princess enjoys watching movies, travelling, and reading.
