About

Jenefa started out with our Dispute Resolution/Arbitration Practice Group, and later transitioned to our Corporate/Commercial and Data Protection Practice Groups.

She currently majors in Dataflow mapping and critical centers audit. She has vast experience in Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, and Data Privacy.

Jenefa obtained her LL. B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017.

Notable achievements

• Part of the Team that defended and obtained Judgment in favor of a client whose employment was wrongfully terminated.
• Part of the Team in a Garnishee proceeding that helped a judgment Creditor recover the Judgment sum of 50 million Naira.
• Member of the Corporate/Commercial Team that has helped numerous clients register businesses and incorporate companies.
• Member of the litigation team in a Garnishee proceeding that helped a judgment Creditor recover the Judgment sum of 25 million Naira.
• Member of the team currently defending NLNG Coop in several suits bordering on title and trespass to land
• Member of the Data Protection team that carried out Data Audit for SPDC, Nextpayday Limited, KOA Oil and Gas Limited, IGPES Gas, Power Limited and Interglobal Procurement Engineering Services Limited.
• Member of the Data Protection Team currently handling Data Protection Annual audit for several clients.
